The real-time discrimination of urban expressway traffic state is an important reference for traffic management departments to make decisions. In this paper, a parallel genetic fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm. A traffic state discrimination model is established by using the support vector machine, and the parameters of the support vector machine are optimized by using particle swarm optimization, network search and genetic algorithm, so as to obtain the parameter group that can make the training model reach the maximum accuracy. Finally, the model is verified by the measured data. The convergence speed and clustering efficiency of parallel genetic fuzzy clustering and original fuzzy c-means clustering are compared. The results show that each iteration can converge to the global minimum value, and the number of iterations is small, and the clustering efficiency is high, which lays a foundation for the subsequent training of SVM.
Genital pearling is a practice of permanently inserting small beads made of various materials beneath the skin of the external genitalia. It is a form of body modification with an ancient \norigin. The motivation of this practice varies within different societies. In this study, we reviewed five cases of male genital pearling come to our attention in clinical and medicolegal practice at our Italian tertiary referral center. During autopsy, the genital pearling was annotated as a distinctive feature of the dead body although it was not possible to investigate the reasons for that practice. All the other patients underwent this practice primarily believing that this would have made their penis bigger and able to better satisfy their partners during \nintercourse. Moreover, three of the total five cases had been in prison and had a criminal history, suggesting criminal symbolism. The sexual, functional and esthetical benefits were \nshown to be poor so that some patients came to the visit calling for the surgical removal of the \nimplanted objects. The reported case of a patient with a granuloma of the penis after spontaneous extrusion of the foreign body finally demonstrates that the practice of pearling, \noften simple and self-made, can be burdened by troublesome complications. In consideration of the sexual utter uselessness and even dangerousness, its risk of complications and infections, the use of genital pearling should be always discouraged. Features of interest of the genital male pearling in the field of forensic literature, specifically post-mortem identification, have been also taken into account.
The contamination of cropland with cadmium (Cd) induced by anthropogenic activities is a serious challenge to environmental safety and human health. The present study assessed the range of Cd accumulation, uptake, mobility, translocation, and health risk in a wheat-soil system in leachate-affected and control soils. Results of the present showed that the entry of leachate into the soil caused severe Cd accumulation in the soil, increased enrichment factor and ecological risk by 2.7-3 times versus the control. The mean concentration of Cd accumulation in wheat plant was as roots (1.21 mg kg-1) >> stems (0.19 mg kg-1) > grains (0.12 mg kg-1). It is stated that the primary organs of wheat vary in their capability of absorption, accumulation, and translocation of Cd. Moreover, Cd accumulation in different parts of wheat is regulated by available Cd, Fe2O3, Al2O3, soil salinity, and amount of soil organic matter. Except for the children\'s age group, the hazard quotient value was < 1 for the other population groups, indicating a low Cd risk for non-cancerous diseases caused by wheat consumption. Furthermore, the Cd risk of cancer was in the low to very low range (1.00E-4 to 1.00E-6), with the highest and lowest risk calculated for adult men and children, respectively. The findings can contribute to wheat management and food security in Cd-polluted crop land.
