In this paper, a multi-item classical newsboy problem is formulated, occurring\nboth fuzziness and randomness with floor space constraint. Here the demand is considered as a random variable in fuzzy sense and also the purchase cost, salvage value, and selling price is fuzzy numbers. Initially, a method is explained for solving such a problem by using the minimization of a FN by Buckley (2003). Then the fuzzy programming technique, epsilon-constraint, and the weighted sum methods are applied to handle the multi-objective programming problem. The basic idea for transforming the fuzzy stochastic programming problem into a deterministic equivalent has been discussed. Finally, the deterministic model is solved by the LINGO package and is illustrated numerically.
This study was conducted with the goal of studying the effects of persuasive messages on Syrian and French subjects\' cognitive treatment, and on the changes in their attitudes concerning environmentalism. The results obtained demonstrate that culture plays an important role in the process of persuasion; when Syrian subjects encountered a persuasive message attempting to sway their environmental opinions, they produced more favorable cognitive results and modified their attitudes more than the French subjects. These results could be able to contribute to a better selection of messages in order to improve the quality of methods of persuasion.
The article deals with a new wording and interpretation of a topical Russian issue - necessity of rethinking outdated, dogmatic beliefs and world outlook attitudes in the context of а social capital theory and matrix traditional consciousness. This topic has a provocative title \"excess spirituality\" and includes the rational-critical content analysis of current peoples\' representations about ethics and religion. As a result, the philosophical analysis exposes the ideologem of \"The Russian world\" as a world outlook basis of modern \"excess spirituality\".
In this article, we have shown that bacterial DNAs could act like some coils which interact with coil-like DNAs of host cells. By decreasing the separating distance between two bacterial-cellular DNAs, the interaction potential, entropy and number of micro-states of system grow. Also, system gives its energy to medium and temperature of host bodies grows. This could be seen as fever in diseases. By emitting some special waves and changing temperature of medium, effects of bacterial waves could be reduced and bacterial diseases could be controlled.
The role of the ionosphere in the causes of epiphytoty is considered. Its connection with the conditions formed by the ionosphere is shown. The ionosphere is viewed as a layer of magnetoactive plasma. The possibility of low frequency electromagnetic waves passing through the ionosphere layer and the formation of transparency channels for low frequency electromagnetic waves has been established. This leads to the possibility of local in time and space the passage of cosmic rays of low frequencies to the earth\'s surface and their interaction with the biosphere. This interaction can be observed over a large area and, depending on the parameters of the radiation source, have both positive and negative effects. Due to the low frequency of occurrence and the chaotic nature of the places of formation of such radiation channels in natural conditions, this effect was not previously recorded and investigated by measuring equipment. The passage of low-frequency signals through the layer of the ionosphere and atmosphere can be accompanied by a large-scale effect of these radiation on plants. This can lead to cataclysms (in particular, to epiphytotics in spatially remote areas, almost simultaneously, for no other apparent reason, mass extinction of plants). The increase in the frequency of these cataclysms in plant nature (possibly as a side effect) is increasing. This is directly related to the development, testing and use of devices for influencing the parameters of the ionosphere for various purposes.
The history of urban rivers largely explains the growth of cities, while allowing the analysis of historical pressures suffered by natural resources in cities. This article addresses, from the historical-environmental perspective, the role that the Salitre river played in the growth of the city of Bogotá. To approach the phenomenon, a diachronic analysis was carried out that allows the most important facts related to the river to be recomposed, in addition a synchronous analytical framework was established, defining elements of analysis to determine the territory in each period and thus analyze and the pressures exerted on the body of water, as historical data collection instruments, historical cartography, archives and historical documents and non-participant observation were used. Understanding the future of this body of water is a valuable tool for building urban sustainability models.
At least there has been a development of the constitutional authority of the Constitutional\nCourt in four ways based on its decision. And it is also true that the Constitutional Court\'s\ndecision is final and binding, but not in the sense of not being examined further. Therefore\nthere are two objectives of this study. First, how the development of constitutional\nauthority which has been carried out by the Constitutional Court based on its decision is.\nSecond, how the development of the constitutional authority of the ideal Constitutional\nCourt in the future will be. This research use a normative approach, one of the uses of this\nlegal research is to find out whether and how the law regulates a matter. The normative\napproach of this research is the typology of the history of law where a research more\nfocuse on the decision of the Constitutional Court related to the development of the\nconstitutional authority of the Constitutional Court. The results revealed that there were\nfour developments in the constitutional authority of the Constitutional Court in three ways,\nnamely: passive, active, and passive-active methods. Furthermore it was also revealed;\nthat there are also development efforts that have occurred more than once in the same\nmatter. Therefore, in the future when the Constitutional Court decides on cases related to\nits authority ideally by observing the limiting signs of the previous decision and also\nconsidering the three basic characteristics of constitutional interpretation.
