Consequences of climate change and in particular greenhouse gas increase in recent years has created many problems in different parts of the country, the main of which is the increase of atmosphere-climate disasters including flood, drought, storm, Dust and dust. Among these, flood and drought have been the most frequent. In recent years, drought has created many challenges in different sections and especially agricultural water resources. If the situation still remains, it will result in not only agricultural and arable hazards but also national security threats. And the threats play differently in different parts of the country. \nIn this article, there has been an attempt to breakdown GCM model outputs by LARS-WG model and simulate precipitation data during the span of 2010 till 2039, then - using the data – evaluate drought trend through Decade Standard Precipitation Index (SPI) of the period.\nResults from the study indicate that drought trend is increasing during coming 30 years and will have dramatic influence on agriculture and water resources. The issue will be further threatening regarding its national security aspect.
Poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogels have a significant range of mechanical properties based on compositional and processing parameters. Biodegradable hydrogels based on Poly(vinyl alcohol) were prepared for controlled drug delivery of bovine serum albumin. These hydrogels were synthesized by a crosslinking technique using glutaraldehyde as a crosslinker. \nHydrogels containing drug were prepared by direct adsorption method. The loading yield was found to depend on both the impregnation time and the amount of encapsulated drug. Glutaraldehyde was utilized as cross-linking agent at different concentration. Increase in the concentration of the cross-linking agent will cause a decrease in the extent of loading of the system.
In this paper, a new model and methodology for implementing E-Business systems and projects has been introduced with focus on its security aspects. Multi-Layer security has been covered all of E-Business transactions and can guarantee all of security-based tasks in E-Business modules. It has been called “MLS agents” in presented model of this paper. Since the security level is the most important for E-Business involvements, this research has been focused on this subject for making a high trustful environment of E-Business actions.
Four isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets, with different α-cellulose inclusion levels, were formulated. Diet with 4% α-cellulose in it served as control. Fish ranging from 2.6-3.4 gm each were housed in glass aquaria @10 fish per aquarium. Aquaria were provided with 14L/10D fluorescent light. Trial was conducted for 60 days. No mortality was observed in any group. All diets performed equally well. However, the diet with 12% α-cellulose showed superiority over the rest of the treatments in growth and nutrient digestibility. There was no variation in digestibility of carbohydrates and dry matter contents. Lowest digestibility of fats and protein was observed in 16% α-cellulose containing diet the group which also displayed the lowest growth. The studies have suggested that Labeo fingerlings can tolerate complex carbohydrates up to 16% if included in the diet but there is a gradual reduction in performance if inclusion level of this carbohydrate exceeds 12% of the diet.
Lynch studied at Yale University, Taliesin (studio) under Frank Lloyd Wright, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and received a Bachelor\'s degree in city planning from MIT in 1947.[1] He worked in Greensboro, NC as an urban planner but was recruited to teach at MIT by Lloyd Rodwin. He began lecturing at MIT the following year, became an assistant professor in 1949, was tenured as an associate professor in 1955, and became a full professor in 1963.\nLynch provided seminal contributions to the field of city planning through empirical research on how individuals perceive and navigate the urban landscape. His books explore the presence of time and history in the urban environment, how urban environments affect children, and how to harness human perception of the physical form of cities and regions as the conceptual basis for good urban design.\nParallel to his academic work, Lynch practiced planning and urban design in partnership with Stephen Carr, with whom he founded Carr Lynch Associates in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Lynch died at his summer home in Martha\'s Vineyard in 1984.
Today\'s successful organizations on the way to entrepreneurship in the organization or the organizational entrepreneurship is stressed. This article with reviews the components of the organizational relationship and the organizational entrepreneurship shows that these components are involved in the production of ideas, implementation and operation ideas. so that have the greatest impact on the idea and ultimately, idea production Components influence on the implementation and operation of ideas that this is the bilateral and positive impacts. So, for organizational entrepreneurship development in organizations, should be given to organizational communication.
Decision making and its process have been frequently discussed, but the philosophical\nunderpinning of decision making has been under attention lesser. In this article after reviewing\nthe different models of decision making, the philosophical analysis of decision making discourse\nfrom the perspective of modernism, symbolic and postmodernism have been discussed and after\ncomparing the outlooks of these three thought schools by presenting \"range of models belonging\nto any style of decision\", the position of each of the models mentioned in above schools have\nbeen reviewed. Finally, the writer according to the thought school of staff and according to the\nrange of belonging decision making to each style for the purpose of increasing the acceptance of\nmangers, the reasonable model of the organization is offered.
This study originates from the notion that trade openness promotes inclusive growth as it promotes economic growth. Hence, this study investigates the effects of trade openness on inclusive growth focusing on the selected SADC countries, aiming to inveterate the flow of inclusive growth. The study findings reveal that selected SADC countries require utilitarian policy to be formed in a country context to return responsive inclusive growth standards. The panel autoregressive distributed lag approach was employed from 2000 to 2020. This study has uncovered a shortage of inclusive principles within SADC, to promote inclusive growth. This study confirms that SADC-inclusive channels should be mended. This study contributes by narrowing the inadequacy gap set between SADC trade openness and inclusive growth. Besides its contribution to the field, the study is envisaged to offer insights into selected SADC member states policymakers to reconsider and prioritize benefits that are tied to inclusive growth through trade openness. The findings of this study provide an important scientific basis to the understanding of the relationship between trade openness and inclusive growth in the SADC region. The study plays an important supporting role by sensitizing policymakers and researchers interested in promoting equitable economic development through inclusive growth.
