The present study examined the effects of life skills training on mental health of high school students ferns academic year (2011-2012) is discussed. \nIn this study, the test procedures and test plan - The test was performed with the control group, it was hypothesized that the life skills to enhance or improve the mental health of students. Therefore among 107 high school students, 30 students from the most high scores test (GHQ) obtained were selected and randomly divided into two experimental groups and the control group was composed of 15 students. \nThe instrument used in this study, life skills training program, which consists of ten chapters in every season of life skills and practical exercises related has been paid., And the General Health Questionnaire Coldberg ( G. H. Q ), Which was designed to measure mental health, students will use it. To analyze the data in order to set up tables, descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation and standard error and inferential statistics to compare the two groups\' scores on the GHQ scale includes four Syndrome Physical A , Anxiety Syndrome B , Syndrome, impaired social function Productivity C , And depressive symptoms D Test t Is independent. \nThe results indicated that life skills are often the last to run in adolescence, has a positive effect on various aspects of mental health.
